So, it is not really easy to stay as active as before. But we can’t stay like this every day. We need to be productive and change our lifestyles. We should match up with the changes. So, how to fix it?
1. Wake up earlyÂ
The early bird catches the worm, right? If you wake up early in the morning, you can do your chores or exercises the morning. So, you can get extra time to do other work at other times of the day.
2. Go on a walkÂ
Walking is good not only for your health but also for your mindset. Going on a walk in the morning breeze is really fresh to start a day. It also helps you to maintain your body in shape.
3. Workout at homeÂ
These days, a lot of people cannot go to the gyms to stay fit. How to fit myself. Home workouts are great for you if you can give half-hour a day for it.
4. Never skip breakfastÂ
You need to break your fast in the morning. Breakfast is the important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast can even cause you diseases. But remember to eat healthy foods.
5. Be active in your work or studyÂ
Don’t be lazy in any of the work you do, studies or work. Stay active and try to actively participate in the group activities.
6. Eat fewer junk foods / more healthy foods
We all know eating junk foods is not good for us. Even though they are so tasty, please try to spend a day without eating junk foods.
7. Drink more waterÂ
Most people tend to forget to drink water usually. Let’s change that habit. Take notes of yourself to drink more water than usual. If you can, drinking 2 or 3 liters of water is pretty good for beginners.
8. Reduce time for social mediaÂ

9. Spend time with your family or loved ones
Try to watch a movie at home every weekend or do some activities, or board games with your precious ones. Talk with them, discuss yourselves and anything. Just do anything you like with them.
10. Give yourself some alone time to relaxÂ
Everyone needs a private place, a private space. You don’t always have to talk with other people. You must give yourself some time to enjoy things you like. Do journals, do DIYs, read books, you can do anything.
11. Sleeps before 12 AM at least
You should go to bed before 12 AM at least. If possible, go to sleep at 11 PM. A night of good sleep is a good start for the next day. So, sleep early and enough to wake up energetically the next day.

In order not to forget any of these I mentioned above, make a planner or to-do list for yourself. In this way, you can be a better self of yourself.
